Who am I? Well my name is Stephanie aka Mlle Artsy. The name came from my high school art teacher. She called me Artsy once and it sticked. After seeing my work and after knowing a bit more about myself, I am sure you’ll know why I love this nickname.

It all started when my lover proposed to me in October 2011. I always loved being different and stand out… and my wedding was not going to be any different. I love everything that sparkles, handmade things and I am obsessed with old antique things with lots of character. The idea of a brooch bouquet was perfect for my personality! With a name like Mlle Artsy I don’t think I need to explain how creative, hands-on, and artistic I am. It was a no-brainer for me to make this project a DIY.

From that project was born a real passion and I wanted to transmit this passion and talent I had with other brides. After the wedding, I posted pictures of my bouquets online and within a week I had my very first orders. Since then I make bouquets for brides all over North America. I learned many new techniques and started to offer different style of bouquets so I can reach most personality and wedding style. From brooches, to fabric flower, paper flowers, preserved flowers, buttons and more. All made of timeless materials so my brides can keep them in memory of their big day!

Since 2013, we can’t believe how quickly Mlle Artsy has grown. We can now not only make you the most amazing keepsake bouquet ever, but can also accessorize our brides and their bridal party with hair piece, boutonnieres and corsages. We even make custom jewelry upon request. We want each of you to look the best on your wedding day and by offering the full service, we make sure each details are completed to perfection.

After doing thousands of bouquets and accessories, we’ve decided it was time for us to share our knowledge with future brides and artistic souls. There fore, we recently started to give various workshop and are also selling DIY brooch bouquet kit for you to make your own bouquet. You can learn more about our upcoming workshop on our blog and find our DIY brooch bouquet kit on Etsy.
